About Health Advocate

What does a Health Advocate do?

Working as Health Advocates, we are responsible for attending all training activities of the health advocate program. Our role is to contribute to planning and make decisions for the health advocate activities. We motivate students to take care of their health by teaching the concept of wellness through health programming methods. In the role of Health Advocate, our role is to cooperate with other campus organizations or staff on events and programs. We meet with health advocate supervisors when needed. We are capable of analyzing and writing articles for healthy headlines. Some of us also establish guidelines for a number of health issues.

  • attending all training activities
  • contributing to making decisions for diverse health advocate programs
  • motivating students to take self-care
  • establishing guidelines for complications
