The training went well and the pay was great but, they had a really horrible lack of communication. I was not content with working there at all. I don't recommend it to any one either.
Pros and Cons
pay, work from home
lack of communication

This was a negative experience. I have worked for several medicare call centers over the course of my career, and I have never seen a company so unethical and poorly managed.
Pros and Cons
Paychecks do come through timely.
Leadership lies to employees; no structure at all. No ethics either. Should not be in business.

During my short time as an agent with Healthiq I did have the opportunity to assist Medicare recipients in searching with advisement for Medicare Advantage plans. However it was unfortunate that this company was not completely transparent regarding continuous employment.
Pros and Cons
Work from home position
Agents only received a 30 minute lunch

The company used recycled sales leads. We were required the same leads over and over again. From what I understand, the company is no longer in business.
Pros and Cons
Nothing positive
Income, lead quality
