Program Focus: Digital Marketing and Persona Engagement
In this business oriented internship program, qualifying, college-bound seniors (age 18+) will gain knowledge of Anthem and its externally facing subsidiaries that sell services and solutions to other Blue Cross Plans as well as work on progressive projects focused on digital marketing and persona (client) targeting and engagement.
The high school intern will be responsible for one primary project and up to three other projects in the following areas:
Environmental and Competitive Scan:
UM Industry (AIM Specialty Health BU)
Concierge Service and Member Engagement (HealthGuide)
Payment Integrity (Meridian)
Campaign and Event Creation and Delivery:
Events including - Blue Summit, AHIP, National Business Group of Health, Labor Alliance
Campaigns focused on DBG BUs – AIM, Health Guide, Meridian, Caremore, and Aspire (thought leadership, selling campaigns, infographic, etc.)
Mar-Tech Infrastructure development – e.g retargeting, third party marketing, salesforce, other
Sales and Marketing Content Development Process
Sales collateral development
Campaign content
Product positioning support
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and a senior in high school
Currently is enrolled in a health sciences academy and curriculum
Weekly commitment of average 3-4 hours/per week during the school year; 40 hours/per week during the summer
Experience with social justice/community related programs preferred
