About Health Program Specialist

What does a Health Program Specialist do?

As Health Program Specialists, we work in multiple health organisations to participate in program development and implementation. We provide guidance and advise our organisations to frame their health programs in an effective and impactful way. Our primary responsibility is to implement our technical expertise in the development of health programmes to ensure that they are being developed in accordance with the legal organizational policies. We guide the new members about the latest health program development policies and support them throughout the health program development. We also address the queries of our team members and provide them with appropriate solutions.

Core tasks:

  • preparing plans for health programs
  • analyzing the metrics of healthcare programs
  • preparing program analysis reports
  • participating in field inspections
  • performing other duties as assigned
