About Healthcare Recruiter

What does a Healthcare Recruiter do?

As Healthcare Recruiters, we are responsible for identifying, sourcing and retaining appropriate candidates for open positions in the healthcare industry. We assess resumes, match each candidate’s credentials to the requirements of the respective job profile, and carry out with the recruitment process through screenings, interviews, and other necessary steps. We collaborate with the human resource management and employment departments to ensure the proper functioning of the medical facility. In addition, we assist managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidates.

Core tasks:

  • reviewing and shortlisting appropriate resumes
  • assisting in arranging interviews with higher management
  • carrying out pre-employment tests, such as medical, intelligence, and more
  • suggesting new approaches towards developing improved recruitment policies
