Brook Park manufacturer is seeking a detailed assembly technician with maintenance and welding experience to support maintenance operations.
About Our Client: This Brook Park based company has been around for four decades and is a leader in ceramic welding and repairs in the steel and glass industries.
Job Functions:
- Daily maintenance, repair, dismantling, troubleshooting and building of machines and pieces of equipment
- Use of hand tools, chains, hoists, air guns, hoses, vacuums, and cleaning solvents
- Understanding of pipe fittings and hardware and components, nuts, bolts, screws, etc.
- Routine sand blasting, grinding, cutting, welding, and painting
- Working knowledge of blueprints, electrical components, pneumatic devices, and pressurized systems
Required Candidate Experience:
- MIG welding / fabrication experience
- Forklift / tow motor certification
- Maintenance repair / assembly experience
- Word and Excel computer programs
