As Hedis Abstractors, we regularly cooperate with the HEDIS team to collect member records and analyze these records placing the results collected into a specific database according to the company’s policies and guidelines. We perform routine office duties such as retrieve previously scanned information, monitor fax process request records, oversee incoming and outgoing fax documents, and scan/upload documents. We are also responsible for scheduling HEDIS office reviews, confirm next-day appointments, and verify all addresses to correctly fax and mail documents.
