Heluna Health

I began with Heluna in 2021. I was contracted to Los Angeles County. Things seemed simple enough - didn’t communicate much with Heluna except to get my check or set up insurance. I enjoyed the many benefits offered. It wasn’t until the contract date was nearing it’s close that they began sending confusing information out about when exactly that would be. They didn’t communicate or really seem to care about the impact this had on me and gave me notice of being laid off a week before my official last day. It was handled extremely unprofessionally and I felt like as soon as they were done with me, they just tossed me away.
