I went in for an executive director position interview and I applied through a recruiter.

I go for the executive director interview. After a welcoming gesture they begin a series of behavior-based interviews with the COO, HRD, and CEO. Interviews may be in the form of a group, but are most likely by individual with similar interview questions. 😅

One more thing I would like to add is, The company values are also very important to the organization as the foundation for their acceptance of you as a candidate. Fit with the corporate culture is necessary, as the organization does a good job of trying to live these values. 👍

Great benefits, leadership really supports family first mentality and genuinely seems to care about the patients not just numbers. Opportunities to advance in the company, very rarely in the past have I seen a job posted outside of the office and not posted for current employees to interview first.

I took care of a family member that was mostly self-sufficient. I don't feel like I would be ready to help someone in more need. Very high turnover at this company. 😶
