All of Hershey's® Ice Cream's mixes are made with natural, fresh ingredients. Hand-picked, fresh-frozen fruits are used to create the fruit flavors. It offers a Blue Cross plan with dental and vision coverage for the employee, as well as a small contribution for a spouse or family member, seven paid holidays, a 401(k) with a company match of 75% on the dollar, up to 6% Company, provided uniforms (if required), and future advancement opportunities.
