In 1973, HigherGround began as a consultancy firm. Following the Modified Final Judgment of 1984, which broke up the AT&T monopoly, its first focus was telecommunications software for consultants. The company was renamed Communication Advice and Design once the software evolved into call accounting and billing solutions. In 1996, the company created its first reporting tool, as well as its first recording product. Capture911 and Calibre are the two digital call recording software solutions offered by HigherGround today. The solutions are the preferred choice for mission-critical emergency dispatch communications and contact center quality assurance because of their flexible integration, high dependability, customizability, ease of use, and fast customer care. They are hiring a regional sales manager.
