Founded in 1985 by siblings, Rod Sanders and Jean Ann Brock, the company sold 13 homes in its first month in the business thanks to Rod’s expertise in business and Jean’s innovative sales strategies. Also, this was a landmark achievement at a time when the real estate industry was facing its worst crises. Currently, the company builts 3000 plus homes in the four cities of Texas mentioned above and winning various accolades including high ranks in J.D Power and Associates Ranking; making the top 20 in The Builder 100 list; and winning the People’s Choice Builder of the Year award for 8 straight years. The company is marketed aggressively by homeowners and realtors who sell Highland properties on a regular basis. I never made it past the first round. She said she would get back to me but usually when recruiters say I’ll let you know in 2 weeks it means nah. Youre not a right fit for the role.

Most balanced work culture ever. Definitely some opportunities for management to grow a bit, but I would say those are on more individual/team basis, not companywide. 😅
