The best thing is the variety of benefits available - medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. The worst benefit is the graduated bonus system for employees who work with referrals and sales. We are required to meet a certain number of sales, and even if we excel at all other requirements, if we do not get those sales, we do not get any bonuses or acknowledgement. 🤦

Hills is a great locally owned bank to work for. The people that work at the bank are all very nice. Some of my good friends still work there. We have stayed friends over the years.
