Hillsides is a top heavy organization with many Director level positions and a troubling complex with loyalty. The entry level and middle management positions are revolving doors while those in Senior level positions got there through corporate ladder climbing rather than experience and talent. Unless you plan on becoming a licensed clinician and are willing to deal with poor work/life balance, difficult clients, low pay, and long hours, this organization is not an ideal workplace.
