This job was one I held on to while working Full time for a couple of ears. During that time I was happy with the results.
After returning to the company as a fulltime position years later. I experienced a wonderful manager Sarah. But once Covid 19 happened she was furloughed and I was kept but traded to Diamond Desk and the management had a lot of negative feedback daily. I was told to quit on many of occasions. Least to say the ability to work from home was appealing and I tried to keep my job. I ended parting ways and have been unsuccessful at obtaining employment since.I gave world class service and was paid well because of it.
Pros and Cons
There were gift cards and time off rewards based on sales.
If you have issues there is a lack of assistance beyond try to handle it yourself.

Enjoyed my time at Hilton. Great Management and co-workers. The guests can be challenging but that comes with hospitality. Helping others to create great memories was fun. The pay could be better but over-all, it was a good job.
