The company reportedly focuses entirely on the healthcare industry, partnering with children’s hospitals, specialty hospitals, academic medical centers, small rural and large health systems, and physician and group practices spanning many specialties. The company claims to operate a rigorous hiring process, placing about a hundred employees every month. It strives to perform vast testing and screening to confirm the professional profile of the individual before hiring them as a coder. The coders are required to take tests related to their areas of expertise and must score the minimum required marks. Also, the company’s coders operate under a management team made of more than 75 HIM Supervisors, Leads, Directors, and Managers. This team takes charge of the daily performance of the coders, oversight, coaching and development, and provision of detailed reporting and maintenance of robust customer relationships.
