JOB TITLE:
Information Station Assistant Boise and Meridian Hospital
JOB SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, the Information Station Assistant greets arriving and departing guests and may park and retrieve vehicles for guests.
Work Schedule:
Candidates must be able to work varying flex shifts
Must be able to work AM, PM, and weekends as needed
Shifts will vary from week to week
Essential Job Functions (typically up to 10)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
-Greets guests, assisting them out of the vehicle or with personal items or bags as needed; opens passenger door(s) and offers assistance if appropriate.
-Provides information regarding activities and locations of departments, offices and services.
-Identify guest needs regarding golf cart, shuttle or wheelchair services.
-May drive and park guest vehicles, provide guest with claim check, and retrieve cars for guest upon demand.
-Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
-Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
-Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Minimum qualifications required for the job)
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: 0 years experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license in state of practice.
