Culture with new suprrvisor degraded. Very "culty." You better get the same mindset, tools, work ethic as the team leads or your odd man out. And they will let everyone know behind your back. I happen to be recently diagnosed ADHD nuerodivergent find an FSE who isnt. They are not too tolerant of different in any way and the new boss they replaced the old boss with is a enabler of this mindset. He made the last half of my time with the group in Chicago and Northern Indiana well hard. Impossibility so. So I was in Hologics main headquarters and thw general consensus was that no supervisor is given more than 10-13 FSE's due to it gets challenging to mange and develop that group. I was also used to the idea while in Navy leadership that you only look good when all your team members are trained comfortable and thriving. 10-13 FSE's acrooss a big mutlistate enviroment is a big ask for any supervisor. And the Chicago area Was redrawn ro include Michigan, northern Indiana, Ohio. 33 FSE's. Hmm

Hologic was my first job in the electronics industry after graduating for military school. I greatly enjoyed working there as a production technician manufacturing X-Ray machines for women's health to detect osteoporosis. They had excellent training and their process manuals were very clear and easy to read as well as having weekly meetings to discuss the company at all levels and monthly meetings geared towards improving basic knowledge for technicians in the electronics field. I greatly admired my coworkers, management, and senior executives and miss working for Hologic, Inc.

Great place to work, We all team players. I learned a lot from different departments. Knowledgeable on operating Panther and Fusion machines.

I worked at Hologic for 15 yrs. I liked the people I worked with. Job was interesting and not the same every day.
