Job Description
Interim HealthCare is a home care agency that offers a full continuum of care, starting from birth and goes to the end of life. This gives our staff the opportunity to practice in a wide range of specialties, as well as provide the opportunity for advancement within our company. We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant who will be responsible for providing personal care and activities of daily living within the client s home setting.
Responsibilities of the CNA role include:
- Assist as assigned with activities of daily living such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and adequate nutritional intake.
- Assist as assigned with ambulation, transfers and/or range of motion exercises.
- Recognize and document changes in client condition and safety and report to supervisor.
- Read and record client temperature, pulse, and respiration when assigned.

Requirements of the role include:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Current Colorado CNA license in good standing
- 6 months of recent experience
SAME LOCAL OWNERSHIP FOR OVER 43 YEARS.
