Company has great Leaders however they have lots of chiefs and not many soldiers. It would be better if they did not talk out of both sides of their mouths saying we are doing well holing our own and then boom make lots of layoffs.

Very time line and pipeline driven. Best practice is to given 100% as you will be given 100%. The management allows you to work unsupervised but very much monitor key strokes.
