Hope Services seemed to be just what I was looking for. But how wrong I was! On the application, I clearly checked the box identifying as a person with a disability. I have chronic migraines. Didn’t matter to them. I made an error with a client, was "talked to," and moved on. I was exposed to covid and was sick (vomiting, headache, etc). I was terminated inside the 90 day probationary period due to a couple of migraines and a "mistake" I supposedly didn't catch. I tried explaining what happened but management didn't care; they decided what happened even though none of them was present at the time - including my supervisor. Also, I guess they frown on getting to know colleagues, as they cited me for sharing too much personal information.

Pros and Cons
Decent pay
No fraternization. No sharing personal info. No real support from supervisors or management.
