What does a Hospice Care Consultant do?

As Hospice Care Consultants, we provide customized and joyful patient and family-centered approaches to clinical care for patients admitted into our facility in accordance with the hospital’s standards and protocols. We also coordinate with the MDR department to support patients through advance care planning discussions by providing them with necessary medical information in simple and plain language to ensure that their understanding their options.

  • support and assist the management when making new decisions
  • demonstrate empathy and compassion to patients
