About Hospital Account Manager

What does a Hospital Account Manager do?

As Hospital Account Managers, we strategize and collaborate with the hospital’s sales manager in order to increase the overall monthly revenue while ensuring that all customer service representatives are following the standard procedure. We maintain customer relations and brand image/trust by presenting various and innovative solutions to customers who have major complaints or concerns. We also educate the CS representatives on the healthcare products and service specifications while maintaining accurate records of every transaction performed by our hospital.

Core tasks:

  • search and analyze the market for prospective customers to boost the references
  • train newly hires CS representatives and ensure that they comply with the company’s guidelines
