Nationwide vision/dental coverage is not worth what I paid out of each check. Benefits are negligible but Better than ACA minimums

Interview went great and she told me that I should get an email that afternoon (yesterday) telling me when I start. It’s Sunday 10:30 pm and I never got an email.. When ever I decided to take food home to my wife and surprise her I was given a discount and it would be taken out of my next check. I was also discounted whenever I would go into the restaurant as a patron with my family. I was treated like a valued customer.
