What does a Housing Manager do?

As Housing Managers, we work on behalf of communities, local authorities, associations, private, governmental institutions and charities. We deal with tenants and take care of the rental incomes along with serving disabled and minorities.

Core tasks:

  • set rent standard rates and develop policies
  • application processing and housing improvements
  • attend meetings with tenants and other associations
  • maintain records and client's complaints
