About Housing Specialist

What does a Housing Specialist do?

As Housing Specialists, we are responsible for fulfilling housing needs of individuals and specialists. It is our responsibility to guide the client about best housing opportunities. We perform visits to site and assist in movement of of families and perform inspection. It is our prime duty to brief the client about available housing options and suggest them the one that best suits their needs. We also prepare necessary paperwork and documentation for legal proceedings. We also review applications and perform background check for verification of information provided. We also prepare annual housing reports on housing data. It is our responsibility to stay updated about housing subsidy programs to better guide the individuals regarding housing opportunities.

Core tasks:

  • assist the individuals and families in getting appropriate housing
  • help clients in submission of applications in housing programs
  • prepare required documents and paperwork
  • stay current on housing programs and subsidies
