About
Description
In the role of HR Administrator, our main responsibility is to administer and oversee the pension calculation processes. We create benefit distribution packages for the current employees of the company and the terminated employees of the company as well. As HR Administrators, we have the ability to not only manage the administrative work but oversee the organizational responsibilities and work as well. We serve as a contactor between HR teams and the external parties of the company. We prepare weekly employee audit contributions and loan repayments. We also maintain the external financial audits for retirement plans.
Core tasks:
- guiding and training new hires of the company
- reviewing the employee information
- communicating with the HR team members and external parties of the company
- working collaboratively with the HR business partners
- discussing the hiring and terminating issues with the team members
