About HR Advisor

What does a HR Advisor do?

As HR Advisors, we are responsible for providing appropriate and relevant advice and assistance to managers in the areas of recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, development, employment relations, and industrial relations. We oversee grievance procedures, investigate disciplinary actions, and facilitate proper management, evaluation and retainment of employees. In addition, we research and recommend performance appraisal systems, review and update job descriptions, and design and help implement company policies, in order to ensure a healthy work environment and contribute to achieving the business goals of the organization.

Core tasks:

  • conducting internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
  • addressing employee requests and potential issues
  • assisting in organizing employer branding initiatives
