What does a HR Assistant do?

Functioning as HR Assistants, we are responsible for preparing employee records for job openings and the data of interviewing applicants. We maintain the entire HR file room and create employee files. Our main goal is to provide assistance to the human resources team members with their related tasks. Being HR Assistants, we have the ability to manage the records and provide support to all the workers of the company. In this role, we provide assistance in the recruitment process to identify candidates that are a perfect fit for the company. We schedule meetings and human resources events for maintaining the employee work agendas.

Core tasks:

  • providing assistance in organizing the human resources information
  • distributing the enrollment packets to employees
  • checking the accuracy of payroll system
  • organizing the payment checks
  • distributing payments among the employees
