About HR Associate

What does a HR Associate do?

As HR Associates, we are responsible for managing and maintaining the human resource records of the organization. We obtain and record HR information, manage the database, and assist the employees with the enrollment procedures and other human resource-related issues. In addition, we conduct employee orientation processes, maintain employee confidentiality, and assist with the distribution of training materials. Moreover, we constantly communicate with potential job candidates, contacting them and verifying education listings.

  • providing new employees with enrollment documents
  • responding to HR-related queries within the organization
  • obtaining, recording, and interpreting human resources information
