What does a HR Consultant do?

As HR Consultants, we are responsible for initiating and leading a wide range of human resource programs and projects, and for providing fruitful human capital advice. We optimize the recruitment process, and implement strategic HR plans and technology. In addition, we provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for the resolution of daily issues, we devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management, and we assist in recruiting, training, and management of personnel.

Core tasks:

  • selecting and implementing suitable HR technology
  • formulating strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
  • reviewing systems and processes and making modifications where necessary
  • assisting in the development and integration of policies
