What does a HR Generalist do?

As HR Generalists, we undertake a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from hiring and onboarding to employee compensation and evaluation. We organize trainings, administer employee benefits and leaves, and implement HR policies. In addition, we ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential, and we promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Our ultimate goal is to effectively deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

  • undertaking tasks around performance management
  • organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
