What does a HR Representative do?

Functioning as HR Representatives, we are responsible for auditing the employee personnel files to check their accuracy and compliance with the company policies and government laws. We maintain the records and track the latest documents of employees to stay updated with the current information. Working as HR Representatives, we are accountable for working collaboratively with the prospective employees of the company. We provide assistance in the administration of hiring and training procedures of new employees. We maintain and update the HR department policies and programs.
