At the end of the day you bet on people, not on strategies. Lawrence BossidyWe are in search of an experienced administrative and strategic HR Specialistwho will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Your role as an HR Specialistwill be far from one-dimensional.
Youll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, offering guidance on recruitment & retention,administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.
Additionally, youll also act as the main point of contact for employees queries on HR-related
* Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
* Ensures compliance with E-Verify and USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9.
* Calculate and report pension data.
* Assists with all recruitment and retention
* Maintains and processes all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner.
Attends unemployment hearings when necessary.
* Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files; follows-up on open cases.
* Maintains records and distributes reports for management decision making.

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

  • Administration and ManagementKnowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
