About HSE Advisor

What does a HSE Advisor do?

We, the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) advisors, design and implement safety policies at construction sites and risky workplaces. Our job role involves investigating and overseeing the worksites to figure out risks and dangers and then creating policies that mitigate those risks. We devise and implement safety regulations to prevent the risk of incidents and to ensure a better workflow. We also liaise between the clients and project managers to discuss better ways of risk management and finding effective preventive measures.

Core tasks:

  • focusing on environmental issues in the workplace and countering the related risks
  • investigating the accidents and offering solutions to mitigate their future occurrence
  • training the staff to manage their health and safety better
