The individual will provide Human Capital support in the areas of succession planning, position description preparation, entry and exit interviewing, on-boarding coordination, mentoring /sponsorship program, and workforce shaping. This position does not directly supervise any individuals but works closely with sub-contractor personnel. Duties include:ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the government client to develop and implement division strategic human capital programs including workforce engagement programs such as onboarding, mentorship and sponsorship.Carry out human resources related functions at the direction of the government client such as creating wage grade (WG) and general schedule (GS) position descriptions using OPM position classification standards; design, prepare and distribute onboarding and sponsorship packages.
