As Human Capital Managers, oversee recruitment and selection, retention, workforce planning, and related HR functions, oversee, plan and direct the Recruitment section supervises lower-level HR staff. The Human Capital Managers ensure HR operations are in alignment with federal, state, civil service regulations and collective bargaining agreements. We formulate and implement HR policies and procedures, manage the Classification and Compensation for the agency, participate in developing HR goals and objectives, review and approve Position Descriptions, review and approve Personnel Actions, work collaboratively and provide guidance with Division leadership regarding Succession Planning and Organizational Development.
