Job Description

  • Initiating the on-board of new employees and ensure high level of engagement
  • Act as the back up for processing ADP payroll for US as well as other Countries
  • Support the Benefit billing process in the reconsiliation of monthly benefit premiums
  • Interprets and implements HR policies and procedures.
  • Investigates and resolves employee issues resulting in high-quality results.
  • Identify, recommend, develop and implement programs and processes supporting business objectives and organizational culture and competencies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service evidenced by customer satisfaction and results.
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through.
  • Other responsibilities as required
  • Qualifications MUST HAVES
    • In-depth experience in a generalist role with a minimum of three years of extensive experience in the areas of recruiting, employee relations, performance management & development, policies & practices and disciplinary action.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels.
    • Strong results oriented work ethic.
    • Expertise in workplace investigations and employee selection.
    • Knowledge of state and federal laws including ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws and benefits.
    • Solid understanding of human resources policies and practices.
    • Strong Excel skills - Pivots, V-Look ups etc
    • Proven ability to resolve problems and build consensus given competing priorities and multiple perspectives.
    • Ability to research, analyze, and resolve allegations and document results.
    • Ability to work proactively and help build systematic processes and methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to organize and express ideas clearly.
    • Project management skills.
    • Demonstrated success in complex conflict resolution including performance management interventions.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field


    Estimated annual salary


    • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
    • Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
    • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
    • Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.

    • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
    • PsychologyKnowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
