Our team is currently looking to fill the position of Human Resources Manager with an energetic and dynamic person who is looking to be a part of a growing company that has a culture transformation underway! Duties and Responsibilities:
* Partner with other department heads to accomplish company goals and objectives
* Mentor HR Coordinator
* Full Cycle Recruiting
* Onboard new Associates
* Oversee Benefits Program
* Administer Workers Compensation Program
* Maintain and audit associate files so that they remain compliant
* Back-up to Payroll processing
* At least five years of progressive HR experience
* Experience with a variety of HR functions (ex. Benefits, payroll, recruiting)
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally, while maintaining service orientation

Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
