Empereon is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager, preferably one who has worked in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will support the success of each employee by providing personnel guidance and administration support. This position reports to the VP of Human Resources.

Responsible for the following:

  • New Hire on boarding
  • Maintain all Employment Data ie. Employee Files, Payroll Data, Unemployment Claims
  • Maintain all information for Employee Benefits
  • Verify and maintain that all employment policies and procedures are in compliance
  • Handle all Employee Relation issues

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Human Resource
  • ADP Experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint and Access is helpful
  • Call Center Experience Preferably

TASKS

  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.

  • ClericalKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Customer and Personal ServiceKnowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Personnel and Human ResourcesKnowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
