Job Description:

• Work with assigned dealerships to assist with recruiting, hiring, orienting and training new employees, while ensuring appropriate paperwork is processed accurately.
• Process paperwork for new hires, promotions, transfers, terminations and other related changes.
• Assist with handling unemployment claims; leave requests; verification of employment requests; workers compensation.
• Generate and distribute reports to management on a weekly basis or as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Associates degree or high school diploma with related experience
  At least 1 year payroll-human resources related experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Docs with strong spreadsheet skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to efficiently work independently, as well as part of a team
  Posses Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven initiative and demonstrated skills for organization and multi-tasking prioritization.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
