Job Description
On a day-to-day level, the HR ticketing administrator is the first point of contact between Interstate Hotels & Resorts field associates and the Corporate Payroll, HRIS (Workday), and Total Rewards (Benefits) departments. This includes inquiries through our internal ticketing system, ConnectWise, telephone, and email. The HR ticketing administrator must understand the type of each request, the correct sub department that this inquiry will need to go to, and the specific support each ticket may need to be resolved within company standards.
Duties
Read and understand all tickets coming through our internal ticketing system, ConnectWise, and ensure they are coded to the correct ticket type and resolution owner
Liaise with field associates and corporate HR departments on all tickets/inquiries
Collect regular ticket reports and other data analysts to assist with aims of company standards
Field incoming calls to appropriate Centers of Excellence
