Hyster-Yale Group, Inc., is a global company that designs, manufactures, sells, and services lift trucks and market globally under the Hyster® and Yale® brand names with 21 manufacturing operations in 12 countries. Hyster-Yale Group has two subsidiaries namely Nuvera Fuel Cells, an alternative power technology company and Bolzoni S.P.A., producer of attachments, forks and lift tables. Hyster-Yale also has joint ventures in Japan (Sumitomo NACCO) and in China (Hyster-Yale Maximal). Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Hyster- Yale operates as three separate segments Lift Trucks, Attachments and Hydrogen Power Solutions with nearly 7,900 employees. The global network encompasses manufacturing facilities, service and product development centers for lift trucks are in the U.S., China, Italy, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, India, Philippines, and Japan. Hyster-Yale also maintains a global sales and service centers that keeps the Company and dealers to serve the needs of the local markets with cost savings for dealers and customers.
