IASIS Healthcare is a for-profit organization that owns and operates medium-sized acute care hospitals in rapidly growing urban and suburban regions. It was established in Franklin, Tennessee in 1998. It owns 17 acute care hospital facilities and one mental health hospital facility, totaling 3,581 licensed beds and a yearly net revenue of around $3.2 billion. These hospitals are spread throughout five states: Salt Lake City, Arizona; five towns in Texas, including Houston and San Antonio; Utah; Phoenix, West Monroe, Louisiana; and Woodland Park, Colorado. IASIS also owns and operates Health Choice Arizona, a Medicaid and Medicare managed health care plan with over 197,000 members in Phoenix. They provide career opportunities according to the calendar of the company.
