Idaho Attorney General is a government law enforcement agency providing legal services and representation to the Idaho State. The services are furnished to the State’s agencies for legal interests and sake of individual citizens. The duties are detailed in Article 4 sections 17 and 18 of the Idaho constitution. The states’ chief legal officer is responsible for the statutory responsibilities through the efforts of eight divisions. Each of the eight division has a chief reporting directly to the chief Deputy and the attorney general.
