I got sexually harassed. When I told the boss, it resulted that the guy that harassed me was her bff. She treated me bad after that. She was always hung over, talking about her sexual adventures and never wanted to help. Awful

Worked there for many years growing through several departments and responsibilities. Very loyal staff to their jobs and comrades, despite continual layoffs.

Pros and Cons
Great office staff comradery - cross functional team leadership.
Many staff have gone years without a raise. 401k matching halted.

I got to work from home but was stuck on the phone for hours. You’re constantly monitored and recorded.

Pros and Cons
You get to work from home.
You will be cold calling all day. It’s a telemarketing position dependent on call volume.

I do not recommend you apply to account executive or sales position for Iheart Pembroke Pines location. Let me just start of by saying this has been the most unpleasant and lengthy hiring process that I’ve ever experienced. Waited almost 5 months and countless chasing the Senior Vice President in sales for him to respond with him turning down my position. Laughable because I already brought a large following of contacts to the table. By far the most unprofessional management-recruitment process I’ve ever seen.
