He/She will be involved with immigration compliance and work permit related tasks which will require them to do filing, scanning, auditing of immigration compliance documents such as I9, PAFs, Green cards.
He/She will be required to review work permits for accuracy and completeness and coordinate with employees for collecting data and providing the same to attorney.
Responsible on mailing original work permits to associate in timely manner.
The candidate should be proficient in excel, word and power point.

Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
