What does an Immigration Specialist do?

Functioning as Immigration Specialists, responsible for monitoring the immigration programs of our country. We assist the residents of our country with the immigration processes to other countries. We continuously update the visa information and other statuses related to immigration for guiding our residents. In the role of Immigration Specialist, we are accountable for everything collaboratively with our staff and boarding teams to identify the main requirements for Visa and provide this information to our customers. We also address the issues problems customers and answer their queries to ensure they are being delivered with the best possible immigration services.

Core tasks:

  • providing help to our managers and employees
  • giving information related to permanent and visit visa
  • explaining the requirements of visa to our customers
  • defining the immigration process and programs
  • performing other duties as assigned by our department
