I was privileged to work along side the C-Suite and learn their values. This really is a great company to grow in. I started at the bottom and within 3 years was at the top.

They grow so quickly there is rarely a spot to sit at the office.

When interviewing with Impact, ask how many minorities and women they've hired. The city of Chicago is nearly 30% black and 30% Hispanic, and 60% female, but those percentages are not represented by Impact Networking, who mostly hires white men.
