The Implementation Consultant is the leader of the customer experience during the product implementation. Our customers� success will depend on you! You are a deep product expert; can lead and manage customers; are an effective project manager; and work well with internal partners: product, engineers, and support teams.�
Responsibilities:Kick-off and project manage implementations�Align product usage with customer objectivesEscalate product feedback to internal stakeholdersWrite internal and external documentation
About You:2+ years customer-facing experience2+ years implementing or supporting a product (SaaS preferred)Extremely well-organized and thrives in multi-taskingPassionate about working in a fast-paced environment�Outstanding written and verbal communication skills�Equally capable of working autonomously and as a member of a team
